There are two schools of thought out there about psychic protection, also called psychic self-defense.
The first school of thought says you don’t need to use psychic protection as you are a Divine Being who is always protected. If you think that you are always safe, then you will be.
This comes from the manifestation thought process of you attract and create what you focus on. So if you focus on needing protection, you’ll attract situations to you require you to protect yourself.
The second school of thought goes like this. There are both positive and negative intentions/energies/entities out there, so you’d be wise to learn some tools to help you protect yourself so you aren’t influenced by the negative ones.
Based on my personal experience, I think psychic protection can come in handy sometime. Not that I focus on the “need” to protect myself all the time, but if I find myself in a situation, I know some techniques that can help me out.
The best defense is a strong aura. You can strengthen your aura by:
- getting enough sleep
- eating properly
- staying positive
- exercising regularly
- using your mind to clear your energy and visualizing a bright, strong, and healthy aura
A healthy body + a healthy mind = a healthy aura.
